Hey all. I need a recommendation for an Estate/Family/Elder Law attorney in Volusia County or nearby. My mom has a Will and POA from 1988 that we need reviewed and updated. Also need advice on creating a Trust to facilitate inheritance without probate. Nothing complicated. No weird family dynamic or extensive assets to deal with. I just want it done right. Thanks in advance. |
