As well as the illegal bump stock ban. Similar concept. My guess is other state laws will be challenged and over turned as well, not the other way. IMO just order one online like everyone else and dont worry about it. I did. And it does not concern me in the slightest. |

And it does not concern me in the slightest. The court case was regarding the interpretation of FRTs as machine guns. It didn't do anything to stop democrats from banning them as they have in many other states. If they do, you have liability and can have your life ruined by those assholes long before any kind of constitutional challenge works its way through the courts. That could literally take 15 years, all while you are bankrupted and sitting in prision. |
