I haven’t been as active in state politics since roughly 2022, but my understanding was that destructive devices were alright in WA. That said, the SOT who employs me told me that I would have to order a receiver or 37mm launcher and Form 1 it, which was news to me. Several years ago, we transferred a 40mm to a retiring staff member. Have DDs been regulated or if existence? |
| Still legal. Dealing in DDs is different than your typical SOT. They generally can transfer 1 or 2 a year. Since it’s just as easy (and sometimes cheaper) to form 1. Most places just push people to do a form 1 for a M203 type device. |
