I never had a bad experience there but on the flip side never really had a great one either. Seemed too flashy, over the top and unsubstainable. Just keeping the lights on had to of been crazy expensive.

They refuse to respond to questions about it from various people and platforms.

That will have no impact. No interruption in ATF transfer time, it will just be delivered at a different location. In the event the whole place sells/closes it will probably wind up being either Thunder Alley or BigShots.

On Facebook, I read that DE is a business and everything is always for sale. Take that as you will.

I doubt they will go under.

What I heard (take it for what it's worth) is that DE doesn't own the land and building, and it's their landlord selling. So most likely the lease would transfer to the new owner and DE would continue to operate as before.
