So my wife and I have settled on Boston as our vacation for the summer. We have a 15yo girl (who will have her cousin with her), 10yo girl and 8yo boy. I was there with the wife about 6 years ago for a wedding. We stayed downtown at the Commonwealth (pretty sure that's what it was called) and did the freedom walk and thought it was pretty cool. So I'm thinking about doing the same pretty much. Stay at hotel, do freedom walk and maybe do a baseball game since the stadium is around the corner. My daughter is a superstar in school lol and had mentioned Harvard, so we'll probably walk across the bridge and walk around there too. We won't have a vehicle. So... any tips from the locals? :) Thanks! ETA - Can I bring my Glock 43 with 6rd mags? What to consider for safety? |

Possession of a gun, ammo, etc. in MA without a MA LTC is a felony, don't do it. Even with a MA LTC, possession on any school property (e.g. Harvard) is a felony. Harvard is a long walk from the bridge, you walk by (and on) MIT property and Harvard is probably 1-2 miles further down Mass. Ave. |
