Domestic dispute where the suspect had left the scene. The deceased officer was the first to spot the suspect, called for backup and he and his backup both got shot along with the bad guy. Bad guy died on scene, police officer died at the hospital, other officer is stable. Sounds like the bad guy (white dude from Prosperity) was out on parole and, surprise, had a lengthy record that covered several states but kept getting let out.
