@Ben anything happening with the cold weather course that you teased in GD a couple months ago? Hey- So good news, it appears this in fact may happen. I was waiting on a permit from the Forest Service to plow the mountain roads up to the training site. Permit was approved this week after months of waiting. Let me deconflict some scheduling stuff, and I'll throw a date up in the next couple days. Ben |

Guys, the reason I haven't scheduled this yet is I'm waiting on a surgery date for a member of my family. I'm sorry. I thought I'd have the date several weeks ago. I'll offer this compromise however- I'll make sure to put up a date at least 60 days out as soon as I know the surgery date. If it turns out that means even late March or early April, then I'll adjust the curriculum appropriately. I assure you it will still be a worthwhile course, and there is a lot of crossover with mountain operations regardless of the season. |
