The great eclipse is upon us! Monday, April 8. ColaClipse will be the 7th and 8th at my place near Paris, Texas. We’re almost dead center in the path of totality. This is not a ColaWarrior, but an invite to all vets to come hangout and enjoy the eclipse. We’ve had some mini events like this at my place before, so some of you will know what to expect. There will likely be a cola style obstacle course. I hope you enjoy carrying my rock. I don’t have enough land for shooting, but feel free to bring your nods/lasers for NV cornhole and general campfire shenanigans. I’ll make sure to have plenty of dry firewood. Bring your guns if you have cool stuff to show off, but please keep them unloaded and refrain from drinking and handling firearms. Don’t do anything stupid with anything that has a trigger or a fuse. We’re on 7.5 acres so plenty of room for parking and camping. Dinner Sunday, snacks, and breakfast Monday. Maybe lunch Sunday and Monday also if you guys want. Will set up a link for donations for food (and portapotty depending on how many we have). Maybe we can get patches made? Keeping this exclusively for cola vets and their immediate family. Going to start at overnight stay spots for 15. I have some beds and couch space but plan on camping in the yard or shop. We can add more if there is a lot of interest. Everything is looking like its a go! Weather is notoriously unpredictable. Binary came out and has an obstacle course in mind. Baja mentioned bringing tortillas, so breakfast will awesome! Everyone send me your email address and I'll hit you up with coordinates. ETA: I think we'll have a small enough crew that everyone can have a bed or a couch. Some might end up on the floor, but I don't think anyone will have to camp unless you just want to. |

I have 2 30 packs of the cheapest beer I have seen since college in the 90’s😂 Specs was closing this stuff out at $10 per case. I also have a bottle of Peanut butter whiskey to donate. I tried a beer and it is not bad. Attached File |
