You got to wait for the signup thread and see how they are filling slots. All the regional colas let new people come, some it's first come first served on signups, some let newbs signup first, some allocate x amount of slots, some they want a recommendation from a cola veteran, Classic had been cola vets only for the past few years, but last year there were empty slots and the ayatollah was gracious and allowed some total newbs to signup and run. Clear as mud?
