Since smoking is illegal in bars and restaurants, how can cigar bars and lounges sell liquor and smoke in there business? A buddy of mine just started smoking cigars and was telling me about a couple of places he goes to to smoke and drink. |

Many cigar bars will rent you a locked cubbies to hold your cigars and a bottle of your finest. While there, you drink an smoke your own. Or find a bar that is family owned and operated by family only. I have been told that the no smoking law is an employee protection act and there is a loophole that excludes owners and family members (a lot like child labor laws to not include farms and churches).
