| Do I need to update the ATF of my new address within the state? And if so what forum do I use ? Thank you |

| You don't have to notify ATF of intrastate moves. It is a good idea however, in case you ever DO move out of state. If/when you move out of state, the 5320.20 has to have the correct 'from' address on it. That address must be whatever address ATF has on file for that particular item. If you've got items that were form 1/4'd at various MN addresses, you'll have to put the correct address on the 5320.20 form for each item. Sounds easy...till 10-15-20 years go by, you've moved 3-4 times, and you can't remember what was made/registered where. |
