I seriously hope they have a confession, video or digital evidence or something else that corroborates the charges beyond a reasonable doubt.  These are life ruining charges even if found not guilty or dismissed.  There will always be that criminal history and FBI# associated to the arrested persons name for life once they get fingerprinted at the arrest stage.  Yes it will have a little disclaimer at the bottom saying "dismissed" or "not guilty" but every possible employer will see it all in a background check.   This case could be rock solid, we will never know from the media blurb.  Unfortunately there has been a very disturbing trend of these kind of cases being handled more and more like an HR investigation instead of a criminal case, and they are proceeding with charges on a 51% basis of belief of one over the other.  This use to be the hardest type of cases to work and prove enough to get to the point of bringing charges.  But back in the day there were actual gate keepers that wouldn't let trash into the system.  Not so sure that is the case today.
