Is there anyone in the Mesa/PHX area that does the live fire training certification part of getting a non-resident California CCW permit? I'm really just looking for a cheap quick place to check the box not actual training... |
| Is a CA non-res CCW actually possible or a reality? I thought they had made it so that it was on paper only but with the restrictions or details of the process it was not possible, maybe if was something about doing business there several days a year or spending so many days there. Can you tell us more about it and how and where to apply. |
