Heading up to visit my Uncle and his family in Madison this weekend. Damn hotels are price gouging the shit outta their rooms because there's a football game on Saturday. One Super 8 is charging $290/night for what is normally a $79 room!

Had to settle for a place in Beaver Dam.

The way the Badgers are going, it's funny anyone's even going to the games anymore.  Most of the rooms must have been sold to Ohio fans.

Did you try the hotels in Janesville? A lot of them are near the on ramps to I90/39 (35-40 min drive to Madison). US 151 around Sun Prairie can get pretty nuts.
