It was thrown out by the judge as its inclusion in the bill violated the single issue rule. FRTs were banned in 2023 IIRC, but i think that had to do with the ATF considering them machine guns, so if they are federally legal maybe they are legal in MN now? I have no idea, maybe someone else more versed in legalese can chime in. |
