April 25th, 2026 at Southington Hunt Club Range. Sponsors needed to try to keep prices down. Vendor spots are available for regular spots and side bays to demo products. More details to come. If anyone in the Akron-Ravenna area has a tow truck and wants to help move some vehicles, it'd make things easier for us. If not we will just use a car trailer and do it the harder way. No rush. But sometime in the next couple months we will try to move them to Southington. If you have a junk car to donate, I'll give you a belt through a MG to destroy it at the shoot. Also looking for stuff like junk propane tanks and fire extinguishers. |

If you want to help us do some legwork, and drop flyers off at your local gunshops, VFWs, legion halls, gunshows, etc. Please let me know and I will send you a pack of flyers. The more people that buy pre-sale tickets, the more vendors, giveaways, and exhibitors i can get to come. |

Summit Racing has agreed to sponsor the military vehicle show portion of the event. All military vehicle owners will be receiving a goodie bag from summit racing (unless over 100 show up).  The range is working on cutting a new walking path so that we have access to another large range. The current plans is to have this range open for those that bring their own firearms to blast away with, in addition to the jungle walk and Roger's range. Aggregate Training Solutions has signed on to help run one of these ranges. And they may have some fun challenges set up for y'all to try. The range has told me that camping this year is $40/person and $15/campsite for electric Planning continues. Hope to see you all there! |

So we will likely restrict it to under 50bmg for safety, and it will most likely be daytime only as well. Im also not sure if it will be vehicle accessible. As its on the opposite side of the event as parking, and having people drive through the crowd all day would be an issue. I won't say this is a sure thing yet, as i need to make see ATS is comfortable with and what other safeties may be needed. And the path still need bulldozed. But I want as many opportunities for attendees to shoot as possible. The possibility of main line positions opening up is there. So if you want on the wait list, email me with what you want to bring and your space requirements. Its more likely that a single 6ft spot would come available than someone requesting two or three of them |

I have a couple of less glamorous volunteer positions that need filled. If anyone is interested and can commit to one, let me know and I'll get you a staff shirt and info. Positions we could use help with. 1. Military vehicle/reenactor area supervisor -Keep an eye on the area and help organize the vehicles and people that show up. Hand out goodie bags to the vehicle exhibitors. We also have ballots for kids to vote on their favorite vehicle. 2. Vendor area supervisor -Help vendors find their reserved spots and get set up. Then direct them to their designated parking area. And just keep a general eye on the area throughout the day. 3. Check-in/registration. -Check tickets and waivers. I'd like to get enough people to have short shifts so you can have a lot of time to enjoy the event. |
