I need a recommendation for an NH attorney, specifically, one familiar with NFA laws. Any help is much appreciated, am dealing with a somewhat urgent situation that needs to be resolved. |

Two names always come up for 2A related lawyers. Sean List and Penny Dean. There are probably others. I'm in a FB group with Sean List. Have never posted there. Per his online persona, he's a fuckbag. Total POS human being-of course he's a lawyer so... Type of dude who eats snickers bars upside down as he enjoys the texture. Penny Dean provides testimony for house/senate sessions for 2A related bills. She's IMO a bit weird from what I've seen. No idea of their familiarity with NFA cases and none of this is a recommendation for either. Just throwing out names. |
Donate to your local 2A organizations before the national orgs. The local orgs are proactive and get things done in your state house where the nationals are reactive and try to fix things after the fact and from a distance.
