| Frequently our members look for a good transfer dealer near them. This leads to multiple suggestions in various areas. I need all of our Ohio FFLs to post in this thread if you will do transfer's for arfcom members. Also please post your town and what your fee is. This thread is limited to posting by FFLs only. If you are not the shop owner with authority to set fees please do not post in this thread. I will make this topic a tacked thread for information to our members. No other advertising beyond your contact information and fee for arfcom members will be permitted. Thanks and perhaps we can all help each other out in these tough times. |

On the east side of Cleveland, I went through GunGalaxy in Lyndhurst. Paul is a really good guy, I probably enjoyed hanging out at his place more than I should have. I believe it's $20 or $25 per transfer, but I know he's knocked off duplicative fees when I've transferred more than one serial number at once. On the west side of Cleveland, I go through Collectables and More. I've unfortunately only been able to do one transfer there, but Karl also seems like a nice, friendly guy. His wife is also too nice, I think I recall some free cookies.  The one hitch is they were reticent to transfer ARs to residents of Cleveland proper (something he double-checked when I first called), because Cleveland has obviously still been trying to enforce their AWB even after preemption, but hopefully the case currently pending will resolve this issue. It was the standard $20 or $25 there as well.Wholehearted recommendation and endorsement for both places. Stand-up guys who I am very happy to give my business to. (Sorry if this was only supposed to be for the FFLs themselves, but I don't think either are members here.) |

I'm in the process of getting my FFL. The paperwork is submitted, waiting for the ATF to call me. I will be opening a small store in Hilliard Ohio in the next couple of weeks and will be selling ammo, used guns and accessories only until I get my license. I expect to be in full operation by the summer time and will update this post when I get my license number. I don't want to post the address until I sign my lease this week but I will have a normal store.

In Columbus, OH I just used this place after I purchased my AR from an out of state dealer. They only charge $15 for pistol or rifle transfers. Its on Silver Drive just off of I71 and near Rod's Western Store.
