Alford/Hillsdale specifically. My great grandparents owned a farm up there that was on both sides of the border (right on Highway 71). I will be in the area next month and want to stop and get some pictures of the house but don't want to get arrested or shot. Was hoping someone in town might know the current owners (they live in Brooklyn). Absent that one of the owners is getting a random FB message from me.  |

Go to the town website. Look for a link to the Assessors and hopefully there is a link to the assessed values of properties in town. Look up the address in that and you have a name. Search one of the online free databases for the name in that town and you might find contact info. I was hoping that maybe someone from the area might actually know them so it's less creepy than a stranger reaching out. |
