Howdy. Uncle in law lives in CA. I know there's been some appeals filed and the rule regarding ammo must be shipped to an ffl might be suspended? Is this the case? If so, are there any sites that will ship direct to your front door? He is an upstanding person and not a prohibited possessor. |

Not presently that I’m aware of. The state appealed the 9ths ruling and requested an en banc review. I suppose he could try ordering from the handful of places that were selling to CA in that brief period. Worse case they cancel the order. I think a C&R FFL satisfies the shipping to an FFL part of the law. If so it may be worthwhile to get one in the meantime. (Someone please correct me if I’m mistaken) I’m not giving any advice here or anything, but depending on location OR, NV and AZ are nice and hot this time of year. |
