Idaho is rich with quality gun industry vendors. What would you put together using only Idaho companies? You build for what you want to do. I'll chime in later with what I have in mind. |

Odin Works Founding Fathers Armory Foxtrot Mike's Primary Weapons Systems Adaptive Tactical Nemo X2 Development Pick a few, buy their parts and build what you need/want. I did a 6.5 Grendel AR pistol a few years ago. Worked out great. |

I'm interested in an accurate (probably bolt action) light weight rifle. How about this? Seekins Havak Element 6.5CM Gemtech Tracker Suppressor Nightforce NXS - 2.5-10x42mm Scope Probably go with the Seekins rings, but maybe Nightforce. Looks like Freedom Munitions might have some ammo to try. Does anyone have and Idaho sourced sling and bipod to recommend? |

| I don't believe Gemtech silencers are made in Idaho any longer. Their FFLs are under Smith & Wesson in Tennessee. I just received a Gemtech suppressor holder from out of State (ordered direct). X2 Dev Group or Stinger Worx might work for your project. |

S&W acquired them in 2017 and left Idaho end of 2018 early 2019. |

PWS legit makes a lot of their stuff in Idaho. While everyone subcontracts SOMETHING, they're not as much an "assembler" as other shops. They do in-house 3D printing of their silencers too, which is rare for the silencer industry. (Whereas Gemtech -- before it imploded -- didn't make much in Idaho, really. Stuff was subbed to Arizona, Michigan, and other places. Some custom onesie-twosie stuff and barrel threading/repair was in ID, but not the production quantity stuff.) Odin Works and TacSol does a lot in-house as well. |

If you're looking for premium ammo made in ID, check out Unknown Munitions. |

My newst hunting rifle is a mostly Idaho rifle and it’s pretty sweet! The stock is from WY, and it doesn’t have a NF scope yet but some day. Bat Action, post falls Hells canyon armory barrel, Lewiston Unknown Munitions rings and magazines, post falls Salmon river solutions accessories, post falls Unknown supressors reaper, post falls. |
