FICS is changing some policies about corrections. If your dealer inputs any information in wrong the State will cancel the sale and you will have to start over at the back of the line. DOUBLE CHECK WHAT YOUR DEALERS ARE TYPING INTO FICS BEFORE THEY SUBMIT IT. If you changed your address recently make sure that it is updated with the DMV otherwise you will be stuck in a cancel and submit loop. Of course this can all be avoided if they would just add an "edit" or "recall" button to the FICS submissions so the dealer can correct any errors that they make but then the State wouldn't get a chance to throw their d*cks around and f everybody. Also, because I don't like to complain about things without putting forth a solution I have emailed the OSP and tomorrow I will try to call the FICS Program Director. This needs to be handled better before it creates issues. I'm doing all I can and have put forth suggestions before but so far they have fallen on deaf ears. I will call every day if I have to until I get an answer to this one. |
