The Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals has upheld the FOID requirement for possessing firearms in the home. Next stop for this case is the Illinois Supreme Court, who will undoubtedly uphold this decision. Then on to the USSC.

GSL is not going to appeal.  We will lose at the next level, and it is pretty clear SCOTUS is compromised and will not enforce its own rulings on the lower courts.  Facts and the law do not matter.
