Another SCOTUS orders list day and another can kick for both Grant and NAGR. The three other big challenges likewise got can kicked. Next Conference Day is April 24th, the Court will release an order list at 9:30 a.m. on Monday, April 27. On a side note, three other 2A related cases, Gardner v. Maryland, Peterson v. United States, Hunter v. S.F were denied cert today. The Gardner case denial is one that hurts since it dealt in part with carrying across state lines in a state that mandates one have their permit to carry. |
