"eventually" It should have been ruled decades ago. The Supreme Court keeps passing on cases that could actually determine this, they have had plenty of opportunities just in this year, and they keep punting. Not making a ruling and punting over and over IS making a decision- it says, at least so far, that AWB's are acceptable, because it allows them to keep getting passed and to stay in place.
