All CAVEAT EMPTOR Franks been hopping boards running a group buy scam robbing Peter to pay Paul. It sure would be nice if you did ANYTHING that gave me a warm & fuzzy over your other deals. You've got the phone number, the email, the physical address. They were all included in the certified letter that you haven't responded to. |
dzhitshard, I hope your kidding or attempting to be funny, as Frank has always been a fair, honest, truthful and friendly whenever I have had contact with him. |

he has time to talk about meeting people at a "shoot" and to pick up salads from kroger? but no time to get the people their money back or their products they order. if'n this is all true, he'd probably get teh ban hammer. if not, he probably should. that is of course if this is true

There is a big difference between the owner giving permission for a demo or two to show the prospective winners that the gun works and a whole different ball of wax to blow through a shitload of ammo, putting wear and tear on a 60+ year old gun. Would be nice to not have to replace parts within a year wouldn't it? That would be like winning a 2008 Corvette in a raffle, but before you got it, the all of the employees at the entire dealership took it out on the highway for a test drive. Not to mention that apparently several people who sent money to frank for the raffle haven't heard anything back from him about their tickets. In addition he is coming up with the same excuses for lack of comms as he did with the group buys.

wonder if the owner of the guns knows that he planned to take them to the "shoot"?? not really fair for a few people at a shoot to get to demo the gun and not the rest of the ticket holders. i bet it would be a different situation if everyone that buys a ticket asks to demo it before they enter the raffle. at 30 rounds per magazine (not sure how many they hold) and 1000 tickets. damn 30,000 rounds!! |
well...If the raffle is legit, and I win. Then I won't really care. |

but thats just one opinion. its like taking a 60's car to barrett jackson and while people are bidding on it the guy is out back doing doughnuts. they wash it and bring it to the winner but do you think that it matters? hell yes it does! if i were buying a ticket (which i personally am not because it seemed like a bad idea from the beginning) and i won this thing, i personally wouldnt want everybody in TN to be shooting it. im not 100% on the laws but is the gun actually transferred to OEF? if they are in his possession TO BE transferred and they leave his shop, wouldnt this be illegal possession of a machine gun? just to make this clear im talking about is the gun just in his possession or is it his property? like i said i dont know the law, just wondering |

alright, gang, see my edit above. i am, of course, concerned that all of these transactions get squared away- but i don't want anymore of any of this being stirred around by people that are not DIRECTLY involved with the situation. the information is out there- if you are interested in it, it is painfully easy to find. if this whole thing makes you want to take legal action against OEF_VET, fine. if you want to buy a ticket for a machine gun raffle, fine. but DO NOT post here, especially in this thread, about this whole thing unless you are waiting on a ticket or want more info on the raffle or it's status. if all you want to do is fuel the fire, go somewhere else and do it. i have been lenient with multiple parties here (on both sides of the situation) and would like to see everyone's situation resolved and unfucked up. it sucks that OEF_VET has not posted as to exactly what he is doing and who he has sent and is about to send refunds for the group buy to, and the reasoning behind his fuck up. HOWEVER, everyone has said their piece and repeated posts on this are NOT helping matters. |
