I have a p365xl slide that is not ejecting properly. The underside if the slide has 0179 06 on it. Which extractor model should I get? Its the older style that does not have a dovetail rear sight. |

IIRC, the new upgraded extractor design with oblong hole was introduced with the 365XL so yours should have the "new" style. Old and new are not interchangeable - slides are cut differently. You can buy it direct from SIG in a kit with the extractor, spring, rubber insert, and roll pin. They can verify you are getting the right part. If you remove the extractor, oblong hole is new, round hole old. Don't bother with the aftermarket tool steel wonder extractors. The factory SIG part works far better. |
