Want to put an optic on my CZ75 and recently purchased SP01, but I want to get a second slide for each to get cut for the optic. Would anyone happen to have an idea where to start looking? OEM or aftermarket. |

Just my opinion on this but get a used non optic ready shadow 2 for a song send the slide off to primary machine to be milled. 75/sp01/shadow1 slides are too narrow to support an RMR cut without an adaptor plate. But a shadow 2 slide… they mill an RMR pattern direct mount cut into it that is so low they even have to notch the slide for the SRO lip. Looks like the optic and the slide are one piece, very clean. Keep the sp01 for iron work. Cz slides are not always interchangeable… specifically the barrel to slide fit isn’t guaranteed to drop and go. And for the price of a slide, plus potential fitting… easy excuse for an extra gun. I have a iron shadow 2 and an optic shadow 2. |
