| Anybody make a larger slide release for the 2.0? I'm left handed and the right side of the lever is flatter than I like. I did remove the extra crap behind the left side to make it easier to use but after a few hours of shooting it starts getting harder to press down on that small lever. |

I have not found anything aftermarket but maybe somebodys searchfoo is better than mine. Do you have a 1.0 or 2.0? One of mine is a 2.0 that has the small slide releases. I bought one of the newer, bigger ones on ebay that come on the metal frame guns. |

The one on the 1.0 is slightly bigger which I like, but they are inferior because it's a two piece design that's welded together in the middle. I'll have to look into the ones on the metal guns, didn't know they were different. I did some quick looking and really didn't see much info other than some "custom" hacks that I won't do. |
| I just looked it up. Freestone Armory sells them on ebay. Thats who I got mine from. $59.99 The metal frame and the competition guns have them. I also have an older 2.0 that came with the smaller release and can confirm the new ones are slightly larger. I also changed out the curved trigger on mine to a OEM flat. |

I already have the trigger parts swapped out for APEX parts. The newer factory flat triggers are way better than the hinged triggers but the reset is shorter on the Apex. |

Got the new style slide stop installed today and it's worlds better than the original. With the detent removed on the left side it works like it should have all along I did have to remove the spring that the new slide stop came with because it was causing the slide to catch. That thing was a bugger to remove, I ended up just taking a Dremel and grinding off the ear that was holding the spring in place because they're was no way to pull the spring out. |
