I have always been happy with the factory sights on Smith and Wesson revolvers. I don't see what these do better. |

Of all the revolvers I've owned, most of which have been police trade ins, I've had one S&W police trade in that had a damaged rear sight blade- it looked like it had been dropped and landed on it. It was still perfectly functional and shot to point of aim but the corner was deformed a bit. I picked up another rear sight blade and replaced it (then foolishly traded it at some point). I suppose the Wilson sight might have held up better but either way if I whack an adjustable sight with any real force I'm going to recheck my zero. Being Wilson it should be a quality product, just not sure who the intended market is. ETA- Didn't see the U notch, personal preference and all but I don't like the Big Dot front sights. |
