| I have a 4” compact Pro E with the DPT-E, is it worth changing to the DPT? My DPT-E is great as far as short take up and short reset. Not much creep at the wall but 5 LBS. 4 or a little less would be great. |
| “Worth it” is a very subjective thing. Both triggers are very good. For me the DPT is the best factory striker fired trigger on the market. However, I have heard others say they prefer the curve and rounded profile of the PDT. Personally I like the flat face and angular bevel of the DPT. |

ETA, have you tried a reduced trigger return spring (SpringCo or ZRT)? Just the return spring, not the striker spring (that gave me light primer strikes). ETA2, just received an email that the SpingCo spring kit is back in stock. lol, my ETA was actually a new post. Whoops. |
