I have a crossbreed holster for my glock 43, and when I have to dress up and tuck a shirt in, it seems to work really well. I also have a glock 26 I'm pretty fond of. I'm debating getting another crossbreed for the 26. I see they sell a supertuck holster for the 26 with the tlr-6 I have on mine. That said, I haven't carried extensive with the crossbreed. More on special occasions. This may become an edc rig if it works out though and my special occasion dress up and daily carry could be the same. I already have too many holsters laying around, so I hate to buy another if I'm going to abandon it. But, it is comfortable when I do. Whats everyones thoughts? |

They're super comfortable for what they are, but honestly what they're good at is a pretty narrow window. Also, as mentioned above, they usually need some trimming of material in order to not foul the draw or fold over the grip. At the end of the day if you're in need of a really comfortable dedicated IWB tuckable holster in the 3-5 O'Clock position, they're a great option. If you have one already, try wearing it daily for a little while and see what you think. Personally, while I have one, I rarely carry IWB (and if I do, I even more rarely tuck in the shirt), so my kydex OWB is my daily go-to. |

I wore CrossBreed SuperTuck holsters for many years. I also have owned two versions of their belly band (with many kydex modular holster sections for different guns) for a long time. I have had one problem with their products. It was 1st gen Confidant Multi-fit Mag Carrier that broke. I asked for a refund and they did so right away. All their other products I've used have been very good quality and never had any problems. The SuperTuck has been great. Very comfortable. I never had any problems with the leather backing folding over or getting a good grip on the gun before draw. The wide dual belt loop placement keeps the holster stable, and it makes the holster thinner helping to reduce printing, especially with a tucked in shirt. I wore it both ways, tucked and untucked. Pretty much my only regular use IWB for years. I enjoyed the comfort of the hybrid so much, I just bought a Hidden Hybrid AIWB (Cross Breed doesn't make an AIWB Hybrid). It's more compact with only one belt loop, but has a claw, which also helps stability and reduces printing. |
