I was given this 'set' by my late stepdad in the box that he made with different barrels and scopes. I have only shot it in .223 once and never could get the scope dialed in. I dug it all out today and decided to swap in the .256 Win Mag barrel since there was ammo for it in the box. I had never heard of this caliber. I read up on it and I guess it's a necked down .357 case. Only a few companies made firearms for this caliber before it went obsolete. What's semi interesting, according to Wikipedia , Colt made some Pythons in this chambering. Has anyone shot or reloaded this round? I plan to try it out tomorrow.
