https://handgunlaw.us/states/oregon.pdf If you don't live in Oregon, Washington, Idaho, Nevada, or California, you cannot at this time get an Oregon Concealed Carry permit & Oregon recognizes no out of state permits. Unlicensed Open Carry is legal in Oregon, but cities (leftists) can regulate it - which means Portland, et al, have banned LOADED Open Carry. Portland may have banned even loaded magazines, which would mean you'd need to carry revolvers w/ speedloaders. You can't even conceal in the car. What's your Oregon OC loadout? |

I guess, given those circumstances, I'd go with my S&W M&P R8 with moonclips. I'd have to find the holster... I don't think I've carried that thing in a holster in well over 15 years. |

There's a possibility they'll just ignore the Constitution and imprison you just b/c you're a white male. We're worried about what the law is now, not what the leftists would like it to be. The case is referenced in the .pdf in the OP - the charge is something like recklessly carrying a firearm having failed to unload it. I recently handled a C96 and placed it against a 5" 1911 - I was very surprised how petite the C96 was in some dimensions. |

Texans can only reach 46, most states can only get 45. The most problematic states are Hawaii, New York, California, Oregon, Illinois, and Colorado. |
