Grabagun has the gx2 for $199 today. I've read some reviews but state it has a few more issues then the g2c and g3c series. Has anyone picked up one that had any issues? Besides looks great for a subcompact carry gun, but going backwards from the gx4 and adding manual safeties again seems sort of goofy. I guess it's not just an upscaled GX4 like some had hoped for. I looked at them. They feel good in my hand. But I didn't like the barrel. It feels like unfinished aluminum conduit. I know it's not, but that's the closest comparison I have. That said, these videos don't inspire confidence. Do the potential flaws really matter? I don't know. But something to consider.  The NEW Taurus GX2: WHY Go Back To Brazil Factories? I wanted to add that my issue with the barrel aside, my GX4 Carry has none of the issues that GX2 seems to have in those videos. Including the magazines, which are Mec-Gar made in Italy that came with my GX4. I don't know if it's a fluke, poor quality control and/or different manufacturing processes for the GX2. |
