| Anyone have experience running one? I’m guessing the build quality is similar to other factory Springfield 1911’s. Commander 9mm has caught my eye. |

Attached File My sample has been great. I stuck some techwell grips on it. Otherwise didn’t have to tune anything. I have the factory mags and 10 mecgar 10 round mags. Got about 1000 rounds through it various cheap fmj and 150 rounds of 124 gr HSTs and gold dots. Cool gun and the commander length and the alloy frame are a great combo in 9mm |

Bought one earlier this year to use as a project gun throughout the year. So far it's been great! Out of the box, the trigger was acceptable with a very minor amount of creep before the break, but that cleaned up after 300 rounds or so and now it's very good. Fit and finish seems nice. Safety was well fit with positive clicks and zero mushiness. I like the AOS mounting system. Out of the first ~500 rounds or so, I had three failure to feeds, all with Aguila 124 gr FMJ, and I suspect it's more of an ammo issue than a gun issue. I think the chamber is pretty tight, and those few rounds of Aguila were on the high end. They looked like they should have fed all the way, but just didn't want to go al the way in the chamber. I've installed a Stan Chen SI MSH/Magwell, and swapped around many different grips. Pictured is Lok Ops in FDE, currently using VZ Palm Swells in OD Green.

If you are looking at these, some sites have these in the Gear Packs with Viridian green dot, 4 mags, and bag for less than buying just the gun itself. I caved and bought the 5in model. Its heavy enough that if I run out of ammo, I can use it to beat someone to death. Attached File |

I like mine. Bought the Gear Pack and swapped out the Viridian green dot. It's going on a Sig P322. My Operator came out of the box with an unexpectedly nice 3 lb trigger, accurate and reliable. Attached File |
