I picked up some .45 ACP dated 1964 Lot number 6666. It looks good, but I am wondering if its GTG since its pretty old. I paid a little more than I should have, but I got caught up in the thrill of an auction.

I have GI match .45 ammo from the 1960's that is stupidly good stuff for GI .45 acp ammo. I shot up about 1/2 of it and have 7-800 rounds left. What year does the brass have on it? 74? Shoot some, keep some. Brass is very good for reloading. |

My dad had .45 ACP in that box from Korea in the attic for decades. Shoots fine. I do wish I had saved one box to display with the 1911 Korea bring back I inherited. |
