I’ve been carrying a G19 Gen4 daily for a while now. With summer coming up, I’ve been thinking about picking up something a little smaller for warm-weather carry. The main issue I run into with the 19 is the grip printing a bit when I’m wearing lighter clothes. My first thought was a G43, but I’ve also been looking at the Shadow Systems CR920 Elite (SS-4011). I’m in a 10-round state, so capacity differences don’t really matter much to me since I already carry a spare mag. If anyone here regularly runs Glocks and has experience with Shadow Systems, I’d be interested to hear your thoughts. Same goes for comparable options from M&P, Wilson Combat, or anything else in that category. Basically looking for a G43-type carry pistol with extra bells and whistles that'll work with summertime apparel and worth putting some range time into. |
