Time for a new pistol in 10mm. I have multiple G21's, 41's, and 1911's and now I'm looking hard at the S&W PC 10mm. However, seems just about all the reviews have one thing in common... FTF. Discussions range from blaming ammo, mag design, and/or spring weight. I don't want something I have to tweak after spending $650-$750. Some of the reviews are over a year old so I'm looking for relatively new purchases and experiences. Ammo wise, 180gr and 165gr is where I'll be. Thanks. |

I have the 10mm 5.6” barrel PC w/compensated barrel & slide. I bought it the 1st week they were announced. I actually called 2 or 3 LGS’s, they hadn’t heard of them yet. One store that I’d bought from before called me back in 30 mins and said “ I’ll have one in my store tomorrow. If you like it, it’s yours. If not, I’ll put it on display.” I’ve put 600-700 rds thru it of all bullets weights with zero issues. I already had two 10mm 1911’s, but I wanted something with more mag capacity for hiking and backpacking in the Rockies. |
