Just picked up my Prodigy from Southwest Precision Arms after having the Stage 3 Performance rework. Thought I’d post a few pics. I am new to the 2011 platform so I decided to pick up the Prodigy to test the waters, didn’t want to spend Bul or Staccato money out the gate. I put ~1000 rounds down range prior to sending it off. I’ve never experienced a higher end 2011 but I’m in love with this pistol. Reliability was flawless before sending it off. Took it out today and put 250 rounds through it. Reliability was 100% as expected. Recoil was the lightest I’ve felt from a center fire pistol. Of course I’ve now spent Bul money but I can’t imagine getting much more going that route. Total cost was $2500 all in including optic and accessories.

I don’t have a trigger gauge but definitely sub 4lbs based off of other pistols I have.

That sounds like a very reasonable weight-- not heavy, but not a "hair trigger" either.

Very nice.

I have a prodigy that I had a local smith do an ignition kit and trigger install and am honestly a big fan of the Prodigy.  I would rather put money into a production US gun than spend the same amount for something made in the middle east.
