| Just a quick note about an experience I had with a supplier. I ordered a Hammer Strut Support for one of my sons MKIII Ruger on Mar 19th. As of yesterday, he said he didn't receive it yet. I e-mailed HSS Corp. and told Tom, the owner, that the support hadn't been delivered yet (USPS) and asked him if there was something I should do from my end to see where it might be. He replied in about 5 minutes and said he'd just throw another one in the mail today. I wish a lot of other businesses had that kind of customer service. As an aside, between the time I ordered it and yesterday, there was a note posted on his website that he was going out of business and had a sale on for the remainder of his stock. So if anyone was thinking about picking up one of these little deals, better do it soon. |

He did state it was for sale, however. I was just thinking if the price is reasonable, someone might want to pick it up as a little part time business kind of deal. I assume He'd offer up the suppliers name, unless he was cranking them out himself. They look fairly they'd be reasonably simple to make. |
