Rear sight for Para .45?

A buddy of mine just bought a Para Ordnance Expert in stainless. He is very impressed with the pistol, but has one real issue with it. The front sight is a Hi Vis light gathering green tube, but the rear is just black steel with no highlights. Both of us being north of 50, with eyes to match, the rear sight has to go.

Does anyone know what size sight will fit that dovetail? Does he have to look for sight specifically made for the Para Ordnance?

Check the Dawson webpage, they sold me a front blade for a para. And it was about 5 hours of filing/fitting on my own.
