I inherited what looks like an unfired ten point. I am having trouble finding a realistic value for it. I've seen it valued from 1700. To 6000. I have the box but no paperwork. What would be a good price if I was going to sell it? IMG20240904214226 by [email protected], on Flickr IMG20240904214233 by [email protected], on Flickr |

Don't Know if anybody cares, but, this is what I found out. Colt Python Ten Pointer .357 Magnum caliber revolver. Rare Python “Ten Pointer” “8” blue gun with 3X Burris scope, royal blue finish and original rubber grips. Only 250 made, a very desirable variant. A local gun shop that deals in hi end firearms looked at it and said retail in today's market is $7000.00 to $8500.00 They offered me $5000.00. So if you come across one at a good price, get it. Took it out today. It's a heavy chunk of metal. It is very accurate, and the single action trigger is amazing, the double action is good but nothing special. I did take the scope off, because a scoped pistol pain in the ass. |
