| Sadly I have missed the boat on both pre-orders. Since the first pre-order has shipped to customers I hoped to see some feedback or reviews. So far I haven't been able to find anything. Has anyone here received theirs? If so what has been your experience? |

Thanks. That is literally the sole thread here from someone who owns one which I find very surprising. |

And despite the fact everybody here is an ARFCOM millionaire, a lot of them are also cheap ![]() At least with primary arms, their warranty and return policy is there for you in case you don't like it. |

Right now, they are out of stock with a price of $585 for qualified users (aka, tons of people). Plus they have $130 of bonus bucks available. So if they did have them in stock, I could order one with tax and after $130 of bonus bucks, it would only be $503. DEFINITELY not the extremely high price people were complaining about. Give them a year and you might see better sales. But for something that is innovative and made in America, I would say that's certainly competitive. |
| I think the price in general turned off a lot of folks. Albeit not fully American made, but there are a decent amount of damn good optics out for $200 or more less. I know I was interested until I saw the price. I can get two EPSs for the same and they’re proven optics at this point |

So your belief is that while basically no one is talking about these optics (when compared against literally ANY other mainstream optic on the market) or showing much interest outside of a hand full of people in this thread and a couple other tiny threads on various forums, etc that there's none available due to high demand. LMAO at comparing it the the RMRhd. Everyone and their mom hyped that optic up (for good reason). Everyone KNEW full well why they were out of stock. Because they were being bought on backorder, etc and everyone wanted one. You're just dreaming about the PA optic being in the same boat. K. Got it. Makes sense. But hey man, If that makes you feel better about the whole deal for some reason. |

This setup has an absolute co-witness with the taller ARC sights. The HTX-1 is the lowest mounted enclosed optic on the market, featuring a near-flush mount on the ARC slides. Standard iron sights are at a lower 1/3 co-witness. Thank you for the question! |

Why don't you just focus on getting production moving on the standard reticle. |

@PrimaryArms - I’m interested in this optic and like the concept, but it’s not confidence-inspiring when I go to the product listing and see, “Our April pre-order is sold out. Check back again soon for our next release!” Are there any updates you can provide about the availability of this optic? I think six months would more than qualify as “soon” if I was checking back for the next release. Thanks! |

We know many of you are eager to get your hands on HTX-1, and we’re working to ramp up production to meet the demand. The most recent preorders have been for the ACSS reticle. |

You don’t happen to have astigmatism do you? Just wondering if it is worth a shot over a COA (best dot I have found so far for me) if plates for them ever become available. Also is the reticle basically a circle dot? It looks impressive and sits pretty low. How is the eye box size? |

I've never been diagnosed with astigmatism, but ever since I got Lasik about 9 years ago, red dots tend to bloom on me at higher brightness. The circle is designed to be just invisible, just out of view around the window when held out at arm's length and correctly aligned to your eye. I'm going to do some more practice with it, but I strongly suspect I'll be selling my other pistol optics and replacing them with this reticle, which is available in some other Holosun models and others. I have no experience with the COA. " /> " />

You'll want to make sure you select "large enclosed emitter similar to Aimpoint ACRO" if you're purchasing from them directly. Also, RapidForce holsters from Alien Gear Holsters are also compatible across the board. Is there a specific holster you'd like me to take a look at? I can do my best to get some pictures to post here. |

I'd love to try one, as I like the ACSS in the 507K / Cs and 509-ACSS. I think all said I have 2 of each model on G19s, G45s, and G43Xs. And a couple on rifles. With that being said, the HTX-1 is pretty expensive and hard to get. I have a G19.5 MOS NIB set aside to mount one but just haven't pulled the trigger on doing that yet. I might sell it off since I have plenty of Glocks with dots and really don't need another one. I know all the dot masters say you shouldn't need the big circle to find your dot, but things happen in the real world and it helps me, so I'll keep on keeping on. |

Twice now bringing the gun up the dot turns itself off. I give it a good shake and it comes back on. This was about mid way though a shooting trip so it wouldn't have timed itself off. Other than that I love it. Would buy again! https://www.ar15.com/media/mediaFiles/109231/20260612_115652-3778815.jpg First off, thank you for the support and for trusting the HTX-1 as your first red dot. It looks really slick on the VP9. It's great to hear you've put around 4,000 rounds on it and have been enjoying it overall. The button cover definitely isn't something we expect to see, and the intermittent power issue doesn't sound normal either. It's possible with the button cover missing some moisture made its way into the housing and could be the cause of the power issue. Shoot me a DM and I'll make sure we get you taken care of. We'll take a closer look at what's going on and get you headed in the right direction. |

Thanks for getting it turned around so quickly. I had it back in 2 weeks. It is a small thing but the button cover was put on backwards. The minus increases brightness, plus decreases brightness. Not a big deal but something to talk to your guys about. I can live with it. Overall I'm happy. |
