I just found one of these I forgot I had bought. Sticker on the box says it has the upgrade kit. I know you are not supposed to dry fire it because of the firing pin issue. That being said, how common is it for the firing pin to break under normal circumstances? I am going to take it out tomorrow and break it in. Wondering if I should buy a bunch of these just in case. Beretta doesn't sell them anymore. |

I bought a Pico years ago, I had heard the talk of firing pin breaking, also. I like the way it shoots with the extended magazines, even though it makes it a little harder to conceal. I ended up buying an extra firing pin, a couple of trigger return springs and a recoil spring. I don't shoot it much, but would hate for it to become a paperweight due to unavailability! You probably already know this, but here is where I got the parts.
