Drilled the holes today - fret nippers arrive tomorrow, so I haven't been able to fit the front locking block yet. Frame was secure in jig, painter's tape holding it shut. The holes ended up like this. Is the frame toast? Attached File Attached File |

What's the issue? If you mean how the hole bridges through the thicker part of the frame more to the rear, that's normal. That holes is like that on OEM glock frames as well. The pin can then brace against that larger surface area to take the brunt of the recoil forces better. |
