P220 45 with a KAC MK23 suppressor "can" anyone do this ?

have a KAC MARK 23 can with a USP piston adapter M16x1LH, anyone use it on a SIG P220 45, I realize the threads are not the same so an adapter P220 to KAC can .578x28 to M16x1LH is needed. Your experiences and comments welcomed, thank you.

I looked around and found a pretty good thread on the topic . Unless KAC has come out with more piston options, it looks like you'd be best off having a new P220 barrel threaded to M16x1LH.
