After shooting the P-10S with the P-09 two weeks ago, I decided to stick with the little striker gun to see if I could re-educate my trigger finger after shooting the P-09 hammer gun for a few months. It worked. Here is a short video of 20 shots on target 3, all at 100 yards, Holosun 2 moa red dot, Atlanta Arms 115 gr JHP. 2025 7 10 Target 3 P 10S 100 yards Lonestar Thursday Windy, but from 4 or 5 o'clock direction, otherwise good conditions with no other shooters present. I knew when the gun went off that I had two low shots of the 20, but missed calling the third. Eyesight and trigger control is more of a factor than the gun at these distances. I've had bad days with match guns and good days with plastic carry pistols. The latter is more fun. Joe L |

Thanks. I have Holosun and Burris red dots. This one is the Holosun, which I really like. My only gripe is the one I have with most pistol red dots--the zero adjustments are too coarse for 100 and 200 yards. A one click adjustment is supposedly 2-3 moa but it turns out to be as much as twice that. And there is some backlash in the adjustment also. I've wasted a lot of ammo zeroing pistols at 100 yards. At 200, I can move the aimpoint to compensate. I got tired of moving an aimpoint at 100, that's when I just changed to a 100 yard zero. Also simplified the video framing. Ideal would be a 1 moa site with a 4" aimpoint about 8" above the B-6C x ring. Then move the 4" aim point as needed. Joe L |
