| Question for those with experience on the P-07/P-09c. Is the CGW steel guide rod worth it? It looks like the recoil springs available for it are lighter than stock, which I'd be somewhat concerned about since I mainly shoot Speer Lawman 147s and 147 HSTs. Thoughts? |
| You'd buy a steel guide rod for 2 reasons. First, to be able to tune the recoil springs to your ammo and to make sure the slide isn't slapping shut so hard the muzzle dips between shots. And second, to add a little more weight out front to reduce muzzle flip a little. |
