Did not see a post on this yet, but Springfield just released a Commander length SA35. This looks to ideal, and I don’t need another Hi Power, but I will be getting his one, for me when it comes to pistols, shorter barrel the better.  SA-35™ 4-inch Model - Springfield Armory® |

My SA-35 has pretty much become my primary carry gun. Combined with a Milt Sparks SS ll holster is very easy to carry and conceal, so l don't really get the need for the shorter barrel. But more power to SA for offering it to those that want it! |
